Greg Schlender started the Schlender Law Firm in September 1996 after many years of practice with large law firms in Denver and Boulder. He wanted to start a small law firm that focused on the legal problems of families, rather than businesses. But he wanted families to have access to the same high quality legal services that are available to businesses.
The law firm initially focused on Estate Planning, Tax Planning, and Estate Administration. Over time, the focus of the law firm broadened to include Elder Law --planning to protect assets from the high cost of nursing home care. Recently, the law firm added expertise in Asset Protection Planning—the protection of assets from lawsuits, creditors, and loss in the event of divorce. |
